I’m Kamil. My mission is to help business owners and managers leave tedious tasks behind and free up time for the important ones. I find where work takes too long, data needs copying or an order waits for someone to pass information on.

I start by understanding why. At Let’s Project, we agree what to change with you, build the tools you need and roll them out with the people who will use them. To me, a solution is useful when it makes someone’s work easier.

How much of my time will this take?

We need your knowledge of how the business works and a few real examples. Then we make decisions together and review the first version. We agree your time commitment and when you will be needed before work starts.

We still do a lot on paper. Is that a problem?

That is a good starting point. We check what makes your current way of working convenient and preserve that simplicity in the application. We move data and next steps into a system that makes everyday tasks easier.

Will I have to replace all my software?

We first look at what you already use. We can connect existing tools or add a missing piece. If replacing software makes sense, we explain why and agree the scope together.

What if employees don’t use the application?

We find out what gets in their way. We show the first version to the people who will use it, walk through real tasks, explain how it works and improve awkward parts. Implementation includes helping users adopt the new way of working.

I want to use AI. Where do we start?

By defining the task: what should become easier or faster? It might be reading an invoice, drafting text or finding information. We check whether AI is needed, what data it will receive and how to evaluate its output.

How much does it cost to work with you?
